Chase Crenwelge earned his real estate license in his junior year in college at Hardin-Simmons University. He saw real estate as one more skill that complemented his BBA in Economics and Accounting. Chase completed this degree while playing varsity soccer for the HSU Cowboys and finished his degree with a 4.0 GPA.
Following his time at HSU, Chase continued his education at Southern Methodist University pursuing a joint JD-MBA degree through the Cox School of Business and the Dedman School of Law. With an MBA concentration in real estate, Chase graduated the joint program cum laude.
After a short time in private practice with a focus in tax and estate planning, Chase accepted a position as associate counsel in-house at HOLT CAT in San Antonio. He primarily handles real estate and corporate matters.
As an agent, Chase’s emphasis is property in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. A real estate investor himself, Chase particularly enjoys assisting clients with the purchase and sale of income-producing properties. He feels that his background intersection of accounting, economics, real estate finance, and estate planning has given him a unique perspective as to how income-producing properties can, and should, fit into more investors’ portfolios.
Chase also provides broker’s price opinions in the greater San Antonio area. He can be contacted via email or by phone at 512-818-1191.
